Job Description:

Design and develop licensed merchandise collections in line with brand guidelines and market trends.
Create innovative, trend-right designs for apparel and accessories, ensuring brand authenticity.
Work closely with licensing partners to ensure adherence to creative and commercial requirements.
Develop detailed technical drawings, CADs, and presentation boards using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure timely execution of collections.
Research global fashion trends, colors, and fabrics to inspire seasonal ranges.
Ensure high-quality output aligned with brand standards and customer expectations.
Review samples, provide feedback, and oversee corrections for final production approval.
