Sr. Jewellery Sales Consultant

As a Sales Manager at a prestigious luxury jewellery showroom in Mumbai, you will lead and inspire the sales team. Your solid background in diamond and luxury jewellery sales, along with a passion for high-end retail, will drive you to provide an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Drive diamond and gold jewellery sales to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets. - Design and implement effective sales strategies to boost revenue and client retention. - Ensure an outstanding in-store experience by providing personalized service and cultivating long-term client relationships. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of diamond grading standards, certifications (GIA, IGI, GII), cuts, clarity, colour, and carat. - Oversee showroom operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and visual presentation. - Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach. - Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches. - Collaborate with the leadership team to support promotional activities and growth initiatives. - Be open to travelling for brand events or client outreach, as required.
