Sr. Jewellery Designer

As a Senior Jewellery Designer at a leading Luxury Jewellery Brand in Mumbai (Girgaum/Girgaon), your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Lead the creation of original jewellery designs from initial concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with current trends and timeless aesthetics. - Work closely with marketing, production, and merchandising teams to ensure designs are commercially viable and meet business objectives. - Conduct thorough market research and trend analysis to inform design direction and maintain a competitive edge in the industry. - Present design concepts to stakeholders, clearly articulating the vision and rationale behind each piece. - Mentor and guide junior designers, & CAD team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the design team. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in jewellery design, with a robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of styles. - Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix) and traditional hand-drawing techniques. - Strong understanding of materials, gemstones, and manufacturing processes. - Ability to convert concepts into detailed technical drawings and specifications. - Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for storytelling through design. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. - A passion for jewellery design and an understanding of the brand's identity and values.,
