Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Jewellery Consultant located in Delhi, India. The Senior Jewellery Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting fine jewelry pieces, and understanding customer preferences to offer personalized recommendations. Responsibilities also include maintaining the display and presentation of jewelry, staying updated on industry trends, and meeting sales targets while fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

Strong background in Customer Service and Relationship Management
Proficiency in Sales, Client Consultation, and Upselling techniques
Knowledge of Jewelry Trends, Gemstones, and Materials
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle a variety of customer needs
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems and Inventory Management is a plus
Experience or certifications in jewelry design or gemology is advantageous
