Job Description

1. Technical Skills:

JDE E1 Experience: Hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) Distribution modules (e.g., Inventory Management, Sales Order Management, Procurement, and Distribution).
Programming Skills: Proficiency in JD Edwards tools, like C, C++, and JDE E1 language (also known as AIS (Application Interface Services) or UBEs (Universal Batch Engine)).

3. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving issues related to JDE distribution functionalities, reports, and integrations.
Experience with data migration and business data analysis.

4. Project Management & Communication:

Ability to interact with business users to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Good communication skills for collaborating with business teams, functional consultants, and developers.
Experience in project management and working in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

5. Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Previous experience in JDE Distribution (typically 7-8 years) with a proven track record of successful implementations, upgrades, or support in a distribution environment.
Certifications related to JD Edwards (optional but can be an advantage).
