Requirements:
· 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
· Proven expertise in Java Spring Boot, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL.
· Strong understanding of microservices architecture, scalability, and system design principles.
· Demonstrated experience in building and scaling high-traffic, production-grade systems.
· Strong leadership experience: managing teams, mentoring juniors, and leading projects end-to-end.
· Solid understanding of software engineering best practices: clean code, testing, CI/CD, version control (Git), etc.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take full ownership of tasks.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to align engineering efforts with business goals.
· Experience with cloud platforms – AWS
· Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
