Job Description

Role & responsibilities Problems solving and resolution adhering to SLA, Implementation of system change requests and releases. . Finding solutions to the given problem and fixing the bugs. Perform Root coause analysis & Impact assessments. Understanding, analysis and timely resolution of issues faced during project deployment/ support cycles. Testing of application & change releases. Document day to day tasks and related processes to prepare a knowledge base of support activities Preferred candidate profile Mandatory Skills (Top Priority): Java, Spring/SpringBoot, Kubernetes, Helm, Keycloak, RDBMS Should have knowledge (Medium Priority): Kubernetes Operator with Java Spring, Kafka (needs to know it but not top level expertise required), ArgoCD, Mongo DB, IDE : Jetbrains IntelliJ Ultimate Good to Have Skills : Amazon S3, Java Web framework "Javalin", ARGO WorkFlows, Python, Linux, LDAP, Agile Knowhow
