Location : Ahmedabad Experience : 5+ Years No. Of Positions : 10 Qualifications : Bachelors or Bachelor in Computer Engineering Job Description Business Improvisation - Actively participate in FSD sessions and help BA with business understanding and implementation Product Improvisation - Suggest product changes as per the implementation experience to the leads and product team Platform Configuration - Lead at least 2 project implementation in a quarter and 8 project implementation per year. Take end to end project implementation ownership on a technical end. Standard process need to be follow to achieve the Use-case defined in the project FSD. Ensure configurations are optimized, maintainable. Unit Testing - Define unit testing process and ensure team follows the same. Ensure configurations well-tested by passing quality assurance tests. Coding / Configuration Standard - Define coding or configuration standards and ensure team follows the same. Write clean and efficient code for project enhancements that meets project requirements. Coding Standard policy should be followed Code / Configuration Review - Review project technical deliveries and improvise deliveries with 0 defect. Peers code / configuration reviews should be done. Guide team with configuration / code improvisation Debug - Define process to guide team with debug setup and configurations. Help team to debug critical issues. Empower team with technical knowledge Bug Fixes - Identify and suggest best bug fixes to the team and guide team for permanent bug fixes Sprint Management - Project requirement development should follow D&S Sprint process using zoho guide lines. Lead project technical task and guide project manager with detailed technical tasks. Daily Stand Up Lead technical task in daily standup. Provide task update to the sprint owner. Take ownership of task and get it done as per planning. Sprint Planning - Take ownership and make sure tasks should be delivered as per planning Sprint Review - Participate and Represent in Sprint Review process Customer Communication - Able to do customer communications for technical tasks. Involve in customer technical meetings. Team Empowerment - Should be able to empower team technically. Initiate team activities where team can improvise technically. Team Bonding - Take initiative for team bonding activities and be active participate for team bonding activities. Training - Attend atleast 5 mobifin / technology training sessions in a Year. Proactively seek feedback from senior team members and apply feedback in improving skills. Demonstrate improvement in skills over time.
