About the Team:
Our CRM Sales and technology team drives the overall strategy, delivery, and accountability of Salesforce and related technologies across Honeywell. We are seeking a Technical Salesforce Architect with passion and drive to join a motivated and fast-growing team in the midst of a multi-year digital modernization effort. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to help define and shape the vision of how solutions plan, develop, and maintain to meet the business needs.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering
- 5 + years of design and development experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably with sales cloud
- 7 + years of IT experience
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience with Salesforce communities, salesforce lightning components,
- and Lightning Web Component (LWC)
- 5+ years of experience in architecting multiple large salesforce implementations
WE VALUE
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and application development: designing, developing, and debugging scalable solutions
- Ability to provide technical leadership to multiple large project teams comprising of internal employees and vendors
- Experience leading scrum teams or Software Architecture development
- Hands on experience in SFDC APIs, SOSL, SOQL, SOAP or REST based web services and JavaScript
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation
- Experience in providing technical expertise in large and complex environments
- Passion for continuous learning and contributing to the learning environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Cloud Service Models and DevOps specifically as applied to Salesforce ecosystem
- Good understanding of the architectural principles of cloud-based platforms including SaaS, PaaS, multitenancy, multi-tiered infrastructure, etc.
- Conveys specific, observable, and measurable expectations for each assignment, and verifies understanding and agreement on deliverables and timeframes
- Strong interpersonal skills including ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Salesforce.com Platform Developer, Sales cloud consultant or System architect certification is a huge plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor across Honeywell businesses working alongside enterprise and lead architects in defining and evolving Global Design Model to drive increase in efficiencies and capability adoption across Honeywell
- Work closely with enterprise architecture and sales excellence leaders in driving product standards and compliance in sales and sales technology
- Solutions architect on salesforce and sales technology with a project portfolio of $20 million driving billions of revenue flowing though the systems
- Partnering with EA and Lead Architects, owns and makes key architectural decisions on sales and sales technology projects/programs spanning multiple Honeywell businesses
- Partners with technical architect and system integrators in project execution
- Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary technical architects
- Conduct review sessions in ensuring adherence to the Enterprise architecture standards and recommendations
- Works closely with Service Owners, architecture leadership, and IT Business Partners on strategy, roadmaps and project planning
- Identify, define, document, and demonstrate best practices in the assigned domains
