Job Description

Responsibilities :

Assist in managing global IT infrastructure services.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support, define and provide infrastructure services.

Support strategic planning and implementation of infrastructure improvements.

Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.

Follow ITIL processes in the support and provision of services.

Assist in leading and managing infrastructure-related projects.

Maintain documentation and provide regular updates on infrastructure performance.

Identify and implement opportunities for improving infrastructure services.

Preferred Experience On:

Windows workstation, OS, GPO, SCCM, Intune required

LAN, WAN, Wireless required

Knowledge of tools such as ServiceNOW, Intune, AzureAD, Powershell, AD, and Security controls.

Understanding of IT Infrastructure management.
