As a Senior Inside Sales Manager at The Knowledge Academy, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in training and certification. You will engage with B2B audiences worldwide, demonstrating enthusiasm and confidence in your sales approach. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across a diverse range of training portfolios. You will be instrumental in acquiring new customers while nurturing existing relationships. Providing excellent pre-sales support and maintaining high communication standards will be crucial to your success in this position. To excel in this role, you should have at least 6 months of sales experience, preferably in the EdTech or tech-based services sector. A strong background in B2B sales or the technology/education industry is highly desirable. You must demonstrate a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, along with exceptional communication skills in English (with a neutral accent).
