Sr Instrumentation & Control Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior Instrumentation & Control Engineer at LTGE-Green Tech Limited, Vadodara, you will be responsible for various aspects of instrumentation and control engineering. Your role will involve working on FEED, Proposal Engineering, Detailed Engineering, and application of Field Instruments, Gas Analyzers, F&G System, FDAS, Valve Sizing, DCS/ PLC Control System, ESD System, Level Setting Diagram, Cause & effect diagram, Control Narratives, CCTV System, Instrument Hook Up Drawings, and BOQ Estimation of I&C commodities. You will also be involved in Specification Preparation, Bid Evaluation, Vendor Drawing review of I&C / Mechanical Packages, and coordination with stakeholders. Additionally, you will perform Factory Acceptance Tests of I&C Systems such as DCS/ PLC, and ensure compliance with I&C Codes & Standards, including Middle East codes & standards. Key Responsibilities: - Work on FEED, Proposal Engineering, and Detailed Engineering - Apply knowledge of Field Instruments, Gas Analyzers, F&G System, FDAS, Valve Sizing, DCS/ PLC Control System, ESD System, Level Setting Diagram, Cause & effect diagram, Control Narratives, CCTV System, and Instrument Hook Up Drawings - Estimate BOQ of I&C commodities like Field Instruments, I&C Cables, I&C Installation Hardware, I/O Count Estimation, etc. - Prepare specifications and evaluate bids - Review vendor drawings of I&C / Mechanical Packages and coordinate with vendors - Coordinate I&C engineering activities with stakeholders - Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests of I&C Systems like DCS/ PLC - Ensure compliance with I&C Codes & Standards, including Middle East codes & standards Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Engineering (BE) - 10-13 years of experience in Instrumentation & Control Engineering - Experience in the Hydrocarbon Industry will be an added advantage ,
