Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business outcomes, improve employee engagement, and enhance overall organizational performance.
  
• Manage talent acquisition, development, and retention by designing and executing recruitment plans, training programs, and succession planning initiatives.
  
• Foster positive relationships with employees at all levels through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee relations management.
  
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of excellence; develop recommendations to optimize manpower planning.
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership team members to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  
• Proven track record of success in developing & implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
