Job Description

As the Senior HR Specialist at TAPI, you will be responsible for executing tasks assigned to the HR Operations team to ensure high-quality and responsive HR services. Your main focus will be on coordinating workflow and ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the employment cycle. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include resolving user issues related to self-service or HR systems promptly, maintaining accurate employee records in compliance with local laws and company policies, and handling all HR-related enquiries professionally and confidentially. You will also be involved in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with pre-employment checks, and coordinating the communication of employee benefit packages. Furthermore, you will play a key role in updating organization structures in the HR system, managing time and attendance data for all TAPI sites, and executing operations for the disbursement of salaries in a timely manner. Your expertise in HR operations, knowledge of statutory and labor laws, and proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) will be crucial for success in this role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Master of Business Administration in HR or equivalent education, preferably with a formal certification in labor laws. With 4 to 6 years of experience in HR operations, including 1 to 3 years in a manufacturing environment, you should possess analytical and proactive thinking skills, along with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and leverage digital systems related to HRIS.
