Job Description

As a Sr HR Reporting and Analytics, you will be responsible for designing the analytics strategy and delivering strategic insights to build business intelligence related to people and organizational matters. Your role will involve delivering ad hoc, custom, and standard reporting, as well as enhancing dashboards. You will lead initiatives to improve the efficient delivery of dashboards and analysis, ensuring high data quality in detailed analytic reports. Additionally, you will work on building HR analytics capabilities to support decision-making processes. Your key strategic responsibilities will include: - Contributing to the definition and execution of a compelling people analytics vision aligned with HR and business strategy. - Leading the creation of impactful dashboards, reports, and predictive models to provide clear insights and actionable recommendations. - Conducting complex analysis and building standardized dashboards and reports to meet business requirements efficiently. - Visualizing and reporting data findings creatively in various formats to provide insights. - Building trusted partnerships with HR and business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate insights into compelling narratives. - Empowering HR business partners and people leaders through training and self-service analytics to foster a data-driven culture. - Identifying actionable insights, suggesting recommendations, and influencing business direction. - Working with HR Leadership to enhance analytical capabilities through project execution. Experience required: - 5+ years of experience leading large-scale people analytics or BI projects in a global organization. - Hands-on experience with HRIS including Workday and SuccessFactors. - Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS). - Experience with predictive modeling is a plus. Skills desired: - Exceptional ability to distill complex data into compelling narratives and collaborate with stakeholders. - Strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. - Success in building trust and alignment across diverse teams and functions. You will be working in the UK time zone to support the US, Europe & LatAm markets, and may need to be flexible to work up to 1:00 PM CT during specific periods.,
