Job description:

Collaborate with Hiring Managers:

Develop Recruitment Strategies:
Design and implement effective sourcing and attraction strategies to find top talent.
Source Candidates:
Utilize various methods, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment events, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Screen and Interview Candidates:
Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the Full Hiring Cycle:
Guide candidates through the entire process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Negotiate Offers:
Finalize employment terms, including salary, and extend job offers to selected candidates.
Maintain Records:
Manage candidate data using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain organized recruitment records.
Ensure Positive Candidate Experience:
Provide consistent communication and a positive interaction for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Promote Employer Brand:
Represent the company as a great place to work to attract and retain talent.
