Job Description

1. Develop Competency based Performance Management System with quarterly KRA reviews.

2. Collaborate with HODs in defining KRAs of their team by providing HR guidance appropriately.

3. Develop a structured procedure to guide employees and their line managers in their appraisal process. 4. Collect and analysis performance appraisal results across the departments.

5. Create the annual appraisal calendar, manage timely communication with employees and ensure that each activity in Performance Appraisal Process is executed within the specified timeframe and as per the defined guidelines. 6. Identification of Training Needs, preparation of training calendar, plan & execution of training programs as per calendar, maintain training records, training feedback and timely reviews. 7. Automation of Performance Management System - KRA Reviews, Training & Development module, Digital service records of employees with help of IT.

8. Employee's Engagement Initiatives and Implementation & Execution of Employee's Reward and Recognition schemes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
