Sr HR Generalist

As a Senior HR Generalist at Elanco, your role will involve supporting the implementation of local people and culture priorities. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting HRBP in executing the People & Culture agenda and annual HR processes. - Providing comprehensive HR services for Elanco IAC, Bangalore, covering the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to retirement. - Ensuring compliance with local legislation and maintaining legal adherence. - Implementing effective solutions by leveraging best practices, promoting continuous improvement, and enhancing data literacy. - Using employee metrics and industry trends to improve people processes and customize HR services to meet evolving business requirements. - Keeping the employee handbook, policies, and process documents updated and compliant in a centralized repository. - Handling labor compliance requirements by preparing necessary documentation and reports for compliance partners and labor inspectors. - Assisting HRBP in statutory audits and labor inspector visits. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA in Human Resources. - Over 8 years of experience in HR generalist and HR operations roles, with preference given to those with GCC experience. - Strong analytical skills. - Attention to detail, with a focus on operational excellence and process enhancement. - Expertise in compliance matters.,
