Job Title: Sr. HCM Functional Consultant

Experience: 10+ Years

Qualification Required:

· 10+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM (Cloud and/or EBS)

· 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud

· Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud

· Subject Matter Expert (SME) for modules such as Core HR, Time and Labor, Absence Management and Payroll

· In-depth knowledge on the various configuration/setup aspects – required for meeting customer-specific needs

· Familiarity with workflows, roles, and approvals in HCM

· Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, HSDL, Fast Formulas.

· Lead and conduct various workshops with customer – Requirements Gathering, CRP, UAT

· Manage and mentor junior Functional Consultants / Analysts

· Understanding of Testing / QA Lifecycle and Test case design (positive, negative, regression, smoke)

· Managing test execution in non-prod (TEST/STAGE) environments.

Nice to Have

· Familiarity with OpKey Web, OpKey Surge, or OpKey Agent.

· Experience with OpKey Smart Recorder for capturing user actions.

· Use of test sets and execution suites in OpKey.

· Ability to create test cases using OpKey keywords (reusable components).

· Knowledge of OpKey’s scriptless automation approach (drag-drop interface).

· Data-driven testing with Test Data Management in OpKey.

· Optionally, understanding of JavaScript or Groovy for custom logic if required.
