Sr Hardware Engineer

As a Senior Hardware Engineer (Tech Lead), you will play a key leadership role in the Hardware Business Unit, overseeing independent projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality embedded products. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing small teams or independent hardware projects with minimal supervision. - Driving the execution of projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards. Developing high-quality embedded products using industry best practices, contributing to architecture definition, detailed design, and the complete hardware development lifecycle, including validation and compliance. You will design electronic products with a focus on the power domain and addressing complex design challenges. You will provide innovative solutions to complex design challenges, conduct high-level requirement analysis, and engage in technical discussions with internal and client teams. Maintaining effective client communication through regular project reviews is also a key part of your role. **Technical Experience Required:** - Comprehensive understanding of all stages of the Hardware Product Development Lifecycle. - Proficiency in working with processors/controllers such as ST, Microchip, TI, Freescale, and NXP. - Hands-on experience with high-speed board designing and multi-layer board design. - Signal integrity analysis using tools like HyperLynx. - Board bring-up and debugging. - Analog/mixed-signal design, signal conditioning, and metering design. - Experience with interfaces such as CAN, USB 3.0, PCIe, MIPI, I2C, SPI, and UART (preferred). - Knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance processes. - Proficiency in design tools like ORCAD, ALLEGRO, ALTIUM, and PADS. - Familiarity with lab instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, and logic analyzers. **Desired Candidate Profile:** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. - Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Effective communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
