About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative, detail-driven Senior Graphic Designer with strong experience in an advertising agency environment. The ideal candidate should excel in brand communication, campaign design, and creative strategy—capable of transforming ideas into visually powerful designs across both digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality visual concepts for ad campaigns, branding, social media, print, and digital assets.

Lead creative brainstorming sessions and provide clear design direction to the team.

Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to deliver cohesive brand messaging.

Conceptualise and execute designs for ads, brochures, OOH, packaging, websites, and integrated campaigns.

Ensure consistency in brand visuals, tone, and identity across all deliverables.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines with high-quality output.

Review and guide junior designers to maintain design excellence.

Stay updated with industry trends, design standards, and new tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in an advertising or creative agency (mandatory).

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Strong portfolio showcasing ad campaigns, brand identity work, and digital creatives.

Expertise in typography, color theory, layout, and overall visual communication.

Ability to understand marketing briefs and translate them into effective design solutions.

Strong communication, presentation, and conceptual thinking skills.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.

Ability to collaborate effectively with copywriters, photographers, and art directors.
