Job Description

Lead the design team and oversee all graphic design projects.
Create high-quality visual designs for branding, marketing materials, social media, advertisements, and websites.
Develop creative concepts for campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all visuals.
Guide junior designers and review their work for quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to create visually appealing designs.
Design logos, brochures, posters, banners, packaging, and digital assets.
Create motion graphics, UI/UX layouts, and promotional videos (if required).
Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all creatives.
Present design ideas and concepts to management/clients.
Handle revisions and provide final print-ready or digital-ready files.
