You have 5 to 7 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of leading design projects from concept to completion. You are skilled at setting and maintaining a strong visual identity across projects and platforms, collaborating with various teams to ensure design aligns with strategic goals. Mentoring and guiding junior designers is something you excel at, providing feedback, reviews, and sharing best practices. Your role also involves translating creative briefs into bold, innovative design ideas, handling multiple design projects simultaneously with a keen focus on timelines and quality. You have the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring brand consistency across all visuals, campaigns, and communications. Your expertise includes mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), along with a strong command of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
