Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the design team, aligning with brand goals.
• Drive concept development, campaigns, and cross-platform designs.
• Create marketing assets, social creatives, packaging, and UI/UX interfaces.
• Maintain brand consistency and oversee art direction from start to finish.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Apply motion graphics, typography, and color theory to enhance storytelling.
• Present ideas to clients and manage projects efficiently.
  

Required Skills:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD
• Strong in motion graphics, typography, layout, and color theory
• Experience in print/digital design, video editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects), and packaging
  

Experience:

• 58 years in graphic design, with team leadership experience
• Strong in branding, visual communication, and creative strategy
• Skilled in design thinking and cross-team collaboration
  

Soft Skills:

• Creative, detail-oriented, and organized
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling
