Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Designing and Marketing Materials

1. Develop new designs adhering to the guidelines set by management.
2. Create brochures, catalogs, flyers, leaflets, and posters tailored to export requirements.
3. Design product datasheets based on the export sales team's needs.
4. Create dealership certificates for the export team.
5. Develop product-specific emailers and promotional materials.
6. Design expo-related materials such as invitations, thank-you mailers, and festival mailers.

Exhibition and Event Support

1. Design and layout wall graphics and branding for exhibitions.
2. Coordinate with the sales team for sample booking and oversee quality checks.
3. Create expo-related items, including badges, invitations, thank-you mailers, and email signatures.
4. Manage the availability of stationery materials for exhibitions.
5. Pack materials according to provided lists for dispatch.
6. Capture photos of exhibition stand for social media and documentation purposes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background:

  Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in design software such as

  CorelDRAW, Illustrator & Photoshop.

• Creative Skills:

  Strong ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing designs.

• Organizational Skills:

  Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

• Collaboration Skills:

  Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and management.

• Attention to Detail:

  High focus on quality and accuracy in all deliverables.

Experience:

• 3-6 years of experience in graphic design (CorelDRAW/ Illustrator/ Photoshop), preferably with a focus on marketing materials for export or B2B industries.
• Experience in supporting exhibitions or similar events is an advantage.
