• Deliver high-quality creative designs within deadlines across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and produce solutions such as brochures, logos, flyers, digital assets, and marketing collaterals.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering growth.
• Perform retouching and image manipulation in line with creative requirements.
• Create diverse design assets, including infographics, videos, illustrations, micro-sites, and other elements.
• Refine existing digital assets to ensure consistency and impact.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining brand guidelines and attention to detail.

• 4+ years of full-time experience in graphic design, with strong exposure to BFSI clients.
• A portfolio (Behance or equivalent) that demonstrates conceptual thinking, strategy, and execution.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
• Patient, composed, and able to perform under pressure.
• Clear communicator with experience collaborating with clients and internal teams.
