Job Description

Job Title: Senior Backend (Golang) Developer

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Remote


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang
  • Architect scalable, secure, and reliable backend systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product features
  • Optimize backend application performance and troubleshoot production issues
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior backend developers, and drive best practices
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and security in backend systems


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Golang backend development
  • Strong understanding of concurrency, data structures, and algorithms
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills


Good to Have:

  • Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
  • Knowledge of GraphQL or gRPC
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
