Job Description

Job Title: Senior Golang Backend Developer

Location: Remote

Experience: 7+ years (including 5+ years in Golang)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang
Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs
Ensure performance, scalability, and security of backend systems
Integrate SQL/NoSQL databases and caching systems
Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and deployments
Conduct code reviews, guide junior developers, and maintain coding standards
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Requirements

7+ years in backend development with at least 5+ years in Golang
Expertise in concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning
Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and API development
Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes
Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure and CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good to Have

Experience with GraphQL or gRPC
Knowledge of event-driven systems and messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
