Lead SAP Customer Service (CS) functional design and implementation for service order management, warranty handling, internal repairs, and scheduled services.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP CS solutions.Configure and optimize SAP CS processes to ensure seamless integration with logistics, finance, and other modules.Provide functional expertise during system upgrades, enhancements, and support activities.Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.Act as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to service management.
SAP certification in CS module preferred.
8+ years of experience in SAP Customer Service with strong functional knowledge of service order, warranty, internal repair, and preventive/scheduled maintenance processes.Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, testing, and integration with SD, MM, and FI modules.Proven ability to lead functional teams and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience in managing stakeholders and delivering high-quality solutions within timelines.
