Sr. Full Stack Developer - Java + Angular

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Full-Stack Developer with expert knowledge of Angular and Java (Spring Boot). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. This role requires deep expertise in frontend and backend development, security integration (OKTA), cloud deployment, CI/CD, and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Angular-based frontends and Java Spring Boot backends.
• Architect scalable Angular components, including custom and third-party components (e.g., PrimeNG, Angular Material).
• Implement and maintain OKTA security, authentication, and authorization flows.
• Deploy applications on AWS/EC2 and manage Docker-based deployments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct unit testing and integration testing for Angular and Java applications.
• Handle asynchronous API calls, exception handling, and ensure high performance across services.
• Design, implement, and maintain microservice patterns, REST APIs, and Spring Boot architecture.
• Work with databases, ORMs (Hibernate/JPA), and manage data models efficiently.
• Solve complex technical challenges and provide scalable solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• Angular (Expert) – Component design, state management, third-party libraries, deployment on AWS.
• Core Java – Strong programming fundamentals, OOP concepts, collections, multithreading.
• Spring / Spring Boot (Expert) – Microservices, singleton usage, REST API design, architecture, exception handling.
• Hibernate / JPA – ORM frameworks, database interaction, entity mapping.
• AWS / Docker – Deployment on EC2, containerization, cloud best practices.
• Microservices – Design, implementation, and integration of services.
• Security – OKTA setup, authentication & authorization, security best practices.
• CI/CD – Knowledge of pipelines, build tools, and deployment processes.
• Unit Testing Frameworks – Angular (Jasmine/Karma) and Java (JUnit, Mockito).
• Strong knowledge of frontend-backend integration, API design, and architectural patterns.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with multiple databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with external libraries for Angular and Spring Boot.
• Performance optimization, caching, and security best practices.
• Experience with distributed systems and high-traffic applications.
