Key Responsibilities

Understanding and representing user needs.
Develop and improve strategy for core product modules.
Assess the core problem that the product is solving and work on the product roadmap and lifecycle.
Defining a vision for a product and aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.
Prioritizing product features and capabilities. Collaborate with the product owners on execution of the product pipeline.
Monitoring the market for customer feedback and developing competitive analysis.

Required Experience

2-5 years of core Product Management experience preferably in a Fintech company.
Experience of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Knowledge of product management tools viz. JIRA/Trello/Asana.
Good research skills, analytical skills, marketing skills and management skills.
Should demonstrate good strategic thinking and possess documentation skills.
