Description
As a Senior Front-End Developer for Dr. Martens, you will play a crucial role in creating and optimizing user interfaces to enhance the customer experience for digital commerce projects, including SAP Hybris Commerce and similar technologies. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing user interfaces for complex multi-channel customer experience projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design and functionality align with business needs, and supporting project timelines by identifying and mitigating risks. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for performance optimization and efficiency, utilize data-driven insights to inform design decisions, and foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation.
