Job Title: Flutter Engineer

Requirements:

Minimum 3.5+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
Strong knowledge of Flutter, Dart, UI design, and animations. Experience with REST APIs, Firebase, push notifications, and real-time databases. Familiarity with state management and architectural patterns such as MVC, MVVM, Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC. Good understanding of app lifecycle, memory management, and performance tuning. Proficiency with Git or other version control tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter & Dart.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality apps. Implement responsive, asynchronous, and user-friendly designs for Android and iOS. Ensure performance, responsiveness, and compatibility across devices. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade applications. Optimize performance and memory usage. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, task breakdown, and daily stand-ups. Stay updated with the latest Flutter advancements and mobile development best practices. Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development and deployment.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Familiarity with AI-assisted tools to improve development productivity.
