Sr Finance Analyst

As a Sr Finance Analyst - Project Reporting at a Leading Global Management Consulting Organization in Gurugram, you will be responsible for managing case economics & invoicing as well as acting as a business partner to case leadership. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing project controllership to ensure financial control and compliance. - Handling invoicing and work in progress (WIP) management for accurate and timely billing. - Engaging in stakeholder management to provide financial insights and support decision-making. - Driving initiatives to improve financial processes and efficiency. To excel in this role, you must have: - A CA/ MBA (Full time) qualification with 3-6 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Excel, and MS Word. - Experience working with desktop applications and Oracle/SAP financial systems. - Knowledge of VBA, Alteryx, or Tableau would be advantageous. You should possess: - Experience in an MNC environment, particularly in financial management areas. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact across functions and levels. - Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. - Strong teamwork abilities and a collaborative approach to work. - Tact, patience, and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly. - A reliable and cooperative attitude towards teamwork, respecting confidentiality. - Awareness of technical limitations and the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
