Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager Corporate Development, CEOs office

Role Overview: As a Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager in the Corporate Development department of the CEO's office at Molecular Connections, you will play a crucial role in driving the corporate strategy of the organization. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership, you will lead projects to fuel both organic and inorganic growth while optimizing business performance. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial models, business presentations, ensuring effective MIS and analytics, working with stakeholders, identifying cost efficiency projects, supporting business management, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare diligent financial models at various levels (group, company, entity, division) - Create and present business presentations and pitchbooks based on research - Establish effective MIS and analytics for business areas - Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization for data generation and solution implementation - Ensure customer compliances related to information security, business resilience, and ESG - Identify cost efficiency and revenue growth projects for the CEO's office - Support business management of new businesses for integration and revenue acceleration - Assist in RFPs/MSAs/SoWs for customer projects with finance and business insights - Establish and utilize capacities in Tier-2/3 towns in south India effectively Qualifications Required: - Education: MBA Finance (preferably from reputed institutions in Bangalore) or CA/Inter with B.Com - Location: Currently based in Bangalore or willing to relocate - Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role with KPO/software services/analytics/equity research/IB organizations or investment bank - Skills: Strong in financial modeling, developing presentations, implementing MIS, handling costs and revenue management, working independently, and researching AI/ML technologies About Molecular Connections: Molecular Connections is a leading AI-ML led data science organization focused on scientific scholarly publishing, STEM, and pharmaceutical data science domains.
