Job Title: Sr Executive Technical Services.

Objective of the Role

• Conduct site level customization to admixture formulations to meet the performance requirements of client.
• Test the above formulations for the desired test parameters.
• Prepare samples of the finalized formulations to the client for their evaluation.
• Handling Technical Query of Concrete Admixture/ wetproofing and provide effective solution.
• To understand the needs of specific project site and suggest suitable product.
• Job Responsibility :-
• Formulating specialized concrete designs like self-compacting, precast concrete etc.
• Conduct site level customization to admixture formulations to meet the performance requirements of client.
• Test the above formulations for the desired test parameters.
• Prepare samples of the finalized formulations to the client for their evaluation.
• Carryout admixture trials at sites and labs to match the customer’s specifications and required performance.
• To understand the needs of specific project site and suggest suitable product.
• To assist the sales team to achieve the targeted sales of admixture business.
• To modify the products and meet the site requirements as and when necessary.
• Formulating specialized concrete designs like self-compacting, precast concrete etc.
• Key Competencies
• Knowledge-Good Knowledge of Admixture formulation and construction system products like Waterproofing and Repair system.
• Skills- Good. PPT, Excel, negotiation skills are desired
• Abilities -Good Communication skill is desired
• Relevant Work Experience- 4-5Year in Construction chemical Admixture Trial/ RMC.
• Special Working Conditions :- extensive travelling required, travelling to remote areas to conduct trial in NHAI/Hydro/Metro site
