Customer Service & Sales Support – Air Exports (with Pricing Expertise)
* Support the sales team with quote generation, rate inquiries, and service information.
* Prepare and send quotations to customers for air export shipments based on pricing guidelines.
* Follow up on quotations, leads, and conversions to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
* Assist in maintaining customer records, rate sheets, and service contracts.
* Liaise with airlines, agents, and pricing desks to obtain competitive rates.
* Analyze and compare rates to propose the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
* Maintain updated records of carrier tariffs, surcharges, and market trends.
* Ensure margin accuracy while quoting to clients.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
