Experience Required: 2–4 years in Air Export Operations Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics Employment Type: Full-Time Key Roles & Responsibilities: Preparation of Air Waybills (AWB) as per shipment and airline requirements. Handover of export bunch to airline/console agents including complete documentation. Execution of TC (Terminal Charges) and coordination for timely payments. Liaising with warehouse teams for cargo movement, stuffing, and timely handover. Coordinate with airlines, CHA, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate shipment records and timely system updates. Address operational queries and support documentation requirements. Candidate Profile: 2–4 years of experience in Air Export operations within a freight forwarding setup. Working knowledge of AWB preparation and export documentation process. Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
