Qualification Competency

Any Graduate and an MBA from good institute
Having 5-6 years of experience in institutional sales servicing to Pharma/cosmetics in Western region
Computer Literate
Innovative Thinking, Aggressiveness, Assertiveness, Proactiveness and Target Oriented

Job Responsibilities

Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
New Business Development from different industries.
Client Management.
Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets and Studing the competitors products services.
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on organisation objectives, market characteristics cost.
Direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.
Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, packaging.
Involvement form lead generation to the closer of the sales process.
Negotiations and closures
Coordinate with accounts dept. regarding payments collections issues.
Sales reports on weekly and monthly basis.
Inventory management.
Solve the problems of transporter and assuring timely delivery.
