Job Description

This role is responsible for preparing sales MIS reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate billing and timely collections, monitoring sales activities on the SFA tool for compliance, and providing client servicing support on billing, logistics, and documentation to ensure smooth operations and quick issue resolution as well as connecting with international clients for operational support.

Sales MIS Reporting
: Prepare, maintain, and share periodic and ad-hoc sales reports, dashboards, and business data with the management and sales teams.
Billing & Collections:
Ensure 100% accuracy and timely execution of client billing and follow-up for collections; resolve related issues in coordination with finance and logistics teams.
SFA

Monitoring:
Regularly track and monitor sales team activities on the SFA tool; escalate non-compliance and support in data accuracy and hygiene.
Client Servicing Support:
Act as a liaison for clients on administrative and report queries related to billing, logistics, and document support. Ensure quick resolution of client escalations.

Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Sales Admin
Education:
Graduate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in speaking in English while interacting with international clients
Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, dashboarding &reporting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet timelines.
Familiarity with Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools will be an added advantage
