Job Description

Facilitate student placements at centre & block levels
Generate Letters of Intent (LOIs) as per project requirements
Build and sustain relationships with employers & industry partners
Achieve placement targets through active engagement
Align job roles with industry demand by working with training teams
Travel frequently to field locations

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 3 years of core experience in placement roles (mandatory)
Strong industry network & client connections
Willingness to travel extensively
Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills
Ability to work independently & take initiative
