Key Responsibilities: Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers Assist with product evaluation, integration, and deployment Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and on-site training Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to solve real-world challenges Travel nationally/internationally to customer locations as needed Qualifications: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field Strong communication, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills A passion for technology and customer success Preferred candidate profile
