About the team

Exchange & CS Agents.

About the role: Team Lead / Sr Executive Deals with MF Ops activity & person will be SPOC for Mfops & knowledge in

process. The person will be responsible for the day - day Recon activities working closely with the Product, Tech, BSE star

Exchange, AMC, RTA & customer support team for resolving recon issues & CS complaints within the specified TAT.

Expectations/ Requirements

• Mutual Fund Operations Expertise:

• Process Knowledge: A strong understanding of the mutual fund operations (MF Ops) process is required.
• Portal Proficiency: Experience in using the BSE Star portal to handle mutual fund transactions is essential.
• Reconciliation: The ability to perform daily reconciliation tasks.

• Customer & Inter Departmental Communication:

• Query Resolution: Must be able to resolve customer queries within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Coordination: Strong coordination skills for liaising with product, PG, and other internal departments to ensure smooth

processes.

• Communication Skills: Effective communication and sharp analytical abilities are necessary.

• Technical & Analytical Skills:

• Software Proficiency: Skills in tools like SQL and Excel are valuable.

Qualifications & Experience:
