Job Description

Responsibility

  • Handling of Transactions.
  • All Financial and Non-Financial transactions are accepted, reported & processed accurately and within stipulated timelines.
  • Handling of Queries and request and follow up for closure within TAT.
  • Remediation of transactions.
  • Monitoring & aiding seamlessness in transaction processing.
  • Call MFDs and investors to inform them of the status of the transaction.
  • Calling for Winback.
  • Meeting with MFDs.

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Indian Capital Markets,Background of Banking and Financial services industry.
  • Mutual Fund Books of Accounts of Schemes

Skills:

  • Good inter and intra-personal relations for effective rapport building and functionality management.
  • Hands on experience on MS Office and aligned softwares.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and eye for detail.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 Years in the Branch Operations.
  • Graduate / Postgraduate
  • Should have knowledge of the Mutual Fund Business. Can demonstrate ability to work effectively as a team.
  • Should be NISM Certified.
