Key Responsibilities 1. Process client transactions accurately, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches for various wealth products like Mutual Funds, AIFs (Alternative Investment Funds), PMS (Portfolio Management Services), and Bonds. 2. Reconcile portfolios, holdings, and Net Asset Values (NAVs) using portfolio management systems (e.g., MoneyWare Integra). Generate and review reports (MIS, dashboards) for clients and management. 3. Manage client onboarding documentation, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks, to ensure all paperwork is in order and compliant. 4. Coordinate with custodians, fund houses, and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or operational issues promptly. 5. Client servicing Qualifications and Skills Degree - B.com/M.com/Any commerce graduate or Master graduate 1. Previous internship or 0-2 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or back-office role, preferably within financial services or wealth management, is beneficial. 2.
