Sr Executive Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Lead
New Product Development
activities, managing the 5Ps:

Product
design and features
Price
strategy formulation
Promotion
planning and execution
Place
(distribution) strategies
People
(internal & customer engagement) management

Drive
product upgrades
and continuous improvements
Conduct
application studies
to identify product fit and market needs
Prepare and update
technical product catalogues
Define and communicate
product USPs
clearly to internal teams and customers
Support
product demonstrations
and technical presentations
Conduct
competition product studies
, including updates, product comparisons, and pricing strategies
Identify and evaluate
new business opportunities
such as projects, new product introductions, applications, and segments
Carry out
market intelligence
gathering and research to support strategic decisions
Facilitate
customer surveys and feedback collection
for product and service enhancement

Preferred Candidate Profile

2 to 5 years of marketing experience in construction equipment or related heavy machinery sector
Ability to analyze technical and market data and translate into actionable marketing strategies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Proactive, self-driven with a passion for innovation and market research
