Compliance Management: Drive and manage compliance across the organization, ensuring timely updates by responsible parties.
Conduct periodic audits of compliance, provide day-to-day supervision of the compliance management system, and address queries and concerns.
Litigation Management: Prosecute and defend all litigations involving the company.
Represent the company as authorised signatory before the court in examination in chef and cross examination, as and when required
Engage, brief, and coordinate with external counsel for court proceedings.
Ensure all developments in pan-India litigations are accurately reflected in the in-house litigation management platform.
