As an ideal candidate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to training coordination and development. Your key responsibilities will include: - Initiating the Training Needs Identification (TNI) process annually according to Central Manufacturing Academy guidelines and collecting TNI's from employees. - Creating and releasing the Annual/Monthly training calendar. - Coordinating the delivery of classroom programs at LC according to the Event Calendar. - Maintaining records of attendance and feedback forms from participants in classroom sessions. - Managing and ensuring the upkeep of infrastructure at LC. - Coordinating engagement, training, and documentation/MIS for apprentices. - Organizing Rewards & Recognition Programs such as Teacher Day/Faculty felicitation. - Collaborating on the development of site and plant-specific learning content. - Coordinating audits of LC activities with visiting auditors. - Exploring innovative ways to enhance the LC experience through the adoption of new technologies. - Preparing monthly/yearly highlights for LC. Qualifications required for this role include: - Engineering degree or Diploma in Engineering. Experience required: - Engineering degree with 1-2 years of experience in a large Hydrocarbon Industry OR Diploma in Engineering with 4-6 years of experience working in a large Hydrocarbon Industry with significant L&D infrastructure, preferably with some years in L&D itself. - Proficiency in computer usage and learning-related systems such as SAP, data collection, and documentation. Skills and Competencies needed for this position: - Excellent interpersonal skills for regular liaison with mentors/faculty to arrange faculty/TNI's and seek training nominations. - Behavioral Competencies including Customer Value, Ownership mind-set to minimize cancellation of training programs, deliver training as per TNI/Curriculum, and ensure effective training delivery.,
