Sr Executive (IT systems and Data Analytics)

A. IT Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Manage and maintain

  IT infrastructure

  , including servers, networks, end-user systems, and peripherals.
• Ensure

  high availability, performance, and uptime

  of IT systems across HO and project sites.
• Monitor and reduce

  server downtime, network issues, and system failures

  .
• Coordinate with vendors for

  hardware, software, licensing, and AMC support

  .

B. Application, ERP & Cloud Administration

• Administer

  ERP systems

  , including user access, role management, data integrity, and troubleshooting.
• Manage

  email systems, MS Office, Tally, and other enterprise applications

  .
• Support

  web portals, internal tools, and cloud platforms

  .
• Perform

  system upgrades, patches, backups, and version control

  .

C. Data Management & Analytics

• Collect, clean, and validate

  operational, financial, and system data

  from multiple sources.
• Perform

  data analysis, trend analysis, and interpretation

  .
• Convert raw data into

  MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations

  .
• Develop and maintain

  automated reports and KPIs

  for leadership review.
• Support departments with

  data-driven insights and ad-hoc analysis

  .

D. Data Security, Backup & Compliance

• Implement and monitor

  data backup, mirroring, and disaster recovery systems

  .
• Ensure

  data confidentiality, integrity, and access control

  across IT and analytics platforms.
• Enforce

  cybersecurity policies and best practices

  .
• Maintain strict confidentiality of

  databases, analytics outputs, and business information

  .

E. User Support & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as the

  primary IT and data support contact

  for HO and project teams.
• Resolve IT and data-related issues within defined SLAs.
• Train users on

  systems, dashboards, reporting tools, and data usage

  .
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, dashboards, and IT asset registers.

5. Educational & Professional Qualification

• Graduate in

  IT / Computer Science / Engineering / Data Science / Analytics

• Post-graduate diploma or certification in

  Data Analytics / Business Intelligence

  preferred.
