Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Patna for a Sr. Executive Institutional Sales position. In this role, the individual will manage and expand relationships with institutional clients, identify potential business opportunities, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations to clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term partnerships with stakeholders. The Sr. Executive will also monitor market trends and provide feedback to align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Institutional Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Analytical Thinking
  • Outstanding Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a target-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage
  • Experience in education industry preferred
